Fall 2005 Early Childhood Development Class Openings

The Family Museum is now accepting registrations for the following Early Childhood Development
classes starting in the Fall of 2004. Contact Julie Klein at (563) 344-4170 to register.

  • New Blues Gallery — A hands-on art, science, and movement course designed to
    develop fine and gross motor skills, teamwork, and sharing. Must be age 3 by
    September 15, 2

  • Old Blues — Emphasizes learning through the arts and focuses on Kindergarten
    readiness skills. Must be age 4 by September 15, 2005

  • Kinderwise — An arts and science mixture designed especially for kids in morning
    Kindergarten only or pre-schoolers. Sharpens visual acuity, gross and fine motor
    coordination, and social skills. Must be age 4 by September 15, 2005.

Cancellations and Special Notices (Spring/Summer 2005)

Culinary Kids Section B has been cancelled. Spaces are still available in Section A.

Both sections of Disney Princess Camp are full and we have wait list. We are adding another
section of Disney Princess Camp - Section C. It will REPLACE Barbie Ballet Section B.

The Girl Scout workshop, Let's Get Cooking, has been cancelled.

Due to large waiting list we are opening another section of Fresh Ideas which will meet July 15, 22 & 29 from 10:15 - 11 a.m. and meets in Dance Room A.

We are also adding another section of Mini-Math which will meet the same time as Mini Math Section B, July 25 - 28 from 9 - 11:30 a.m., in the Music/Stage Room.

We are adding an additional section of Explore Clay. It will meet the same week as the original section, June 20-23 but will be held in the afternoon from 1 - 4 p.m.
