Reciprocal Admission Program

Family Museum membership includes reciprocal admission at over 275 museums and science centers through the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC), (reciprocity does not apply to the Putnam Museum/IMAX Theatre). Admission is based on the admittance policies of the participating museums, and reciprocity to the Putnam Museum/IMAX Theatre is not included. Only general admission to participating museums is included; does not include planetarium or large screen theater presentations, store discounts and other discounts associated with museum membership.
The list of participating museums is updated every six months by ASTC. A new listing will be updated at that time. To view the current list of museums who participate in the reciprocal ASTC Passport Program, click on the ASTC link.
Family PLUS Memberships and Grandparent PLUS Memberships receive reciprocity to over 130 children's museums through the Association of Children's Museums (ACM). The list of participating museums is updated frequently by ACM. To download the most current list of participating museums, click on the ACM link.
The Family Museum is pleased to offer complimentary reciprocal admission to our guests who present a valid ASTC or ACM membership card from their "home museum", and valid photo identification. Thank you for your cooperation!
