Scarecrow Shenanigans Returns to the
Family Museum

Come in costume or come
as you are for an afternoon of family fun, music, food and seasonal
hands-on activities! The
Family Museum is excited
to announce the annual fall festival Scarecrow Shenanigans on Sunday,
October 29 from 2 – 5 p.m.
Visitors to Scarecrow Shenanigans have the opportunity to celebrate the
colorful autumn season through a host of family-oriented activities.
Entertainment at Scarecrow Shenanigans this year will include live
music, magic, juggling, and hands on make-it take-it projects. Decorate
a mini-pumpkin, make a fall leaf craft, and try your skill at the
pumpkin ring toss! Plus, visitors can enjoy a movie in our Welcome
Theater; take hayrack rides, refreshments and MUCH more.
The
Family Museum will not be open for regular admission October 29th.
Tickets for Scarecrow Shenanigans are available at the Family Museum
Welcome Desk now, or at the door, and are $6 per person for age two and
up ($3 for Museum Members); age 23 months and under are free.
All
proceeds from Scarecrow Shenanigans will be used to support programs and
exhibitions at the Family Museum. This event is supported by the
generosity of Family Credit Union.
The Family Museum is open Monday – Thursday, 9 am – 8 pm,
Friday - Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm, Sunday 12 pm – 5 pm.
Admission is $5 ages 2-59, $2 ages 60+, ages 1 and younger and Museum
members are FREE.
